Orders
Placing an order confirms that you accept these terms. Custom orders may require advance notice; availability and lead times will be confirmed when you order.
Delivery
Delivery is offered only within a 5 km radius of our location. Addresses outside this radius are not eligible for delivery; you may be offered pickup where available, or your order may be declined. Delivery fees, time windows, and minimum order requirements (if any) will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Pickup
If you choose pickup, agreed pickup time and location must be followed. We are not responsible for products after pickup has been completed.
Payment
Cancellations & changes
Payment terms (full or deposit) will be confirmed at order acceptance. Prices are as quoted at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation and change policies depend on how far in advance you notify us and whether work or supplies have already been committed. Details will be provided for your specific order.
Allergies & dietary needs
Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. While we take care in the kitchen, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten). We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific product
